These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Qone platform (“Service”) operated by Qone (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Qone is a cloud-based software platform that enables organizations to manage users, tenants, and internal operational workflows. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and delivered online.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that your users comply with these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paddle).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.

You grant us a limited right to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We implement reasonable security measures, but you are responsible for the content you store.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause temporary downtime.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the billing period.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law
  • Necessary to protect the Service or other customers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
